Semi-colloidal graphite in water dispersion containing both inorganic and organic binders which provides a film of uniform thickness and intermediate hardness.
Graphite has a limited range of particle size.
May be used either to lubricate closed dies in ferrous forging or as a parting agent in gravity die casting.
Provides optimum die lubrication and release.
Withstands temperatures of up to 650°C.
Economical in use.
