Permabond TA4246 310ml Structural Acrylic Adhesive with Nozzles (Box of 10)

Permabond TA4246 when used with Initiator 46 (available separately) is suitable for bonding a wide variety of materials.
The rapid, room-temperature cure coupled with high strength and durability, make this ideal for demanding applications where speed and ease of application is important.
Ideal for bonding: Metals, Composites, Plastics, Glass, Wood and other materials.
2-part, no mix adhesive.
Rapid cure at Room temperature.
Excellent durability.
Resists tensile, peel, cleavage and impact forces.
Resists stresses of differential thermal expansion.
Chemical resistant.
Primary application: High strength bonding.
Features: Room temperature rapid cure.
Colour: Amber Resin, Brown Initiator, Amber when mixed.
Viscosity (mPA.s): 28000 - 32000.
Max. gap fill: 0.5mm
Handling time: 2 - 4 mins
Working strength time: 15 - 30 mins
Full cure: 24 hours.
Sheer strength (MPa) steel: 33 - 35
Service Temp: -40 to +120 C
Application: Initiator 46 is applied to one of the bonding surfaces and the adhesive to the other. Ratio of use approximately 10:1 (Adhesive: Initiator)
