Details
EA110 is an aluminium filled one part epoxy adhesive paste designed to provide maximum resistance to impact, shear, cleavage and tensile loads.
The best results are achieved by heat curing.
The durability, chemical resistance and high temperature performance are extremely good.
Will bond to a wide variety of surfaces including oily steel and performance is usually limited only by the strength of the adherend substrates themselves.
In many applications, it can replace traditional mechanical fixing techniques to give enhanced appearance and greater design flexibility.
Colour : Silver.
Can withstand temperatures from -40° to +180°C.
Loctite® EA110 was previously known as "Bondmaster ESP110".
Industry applications include bonding: Tungsten Carbide Tips, Industrial Diamond Tips, Tungsten Blades, Ferrite Bonding, High Temperature Magnet Bonding, Filter End-caps.
