The proven rod anchor for internal use with a mortar cartridge or injection mortar

Description

Details

  • The Fischer anchor rod RG M is a system component for use with the fischer resin capsules RSB and RM II and the fischer injection mortars FIS SB, FIS EM, FIS EB, FIS V, FIS VL, FIS P Plus, FIS P, and FIS GREEN
  • Due to the oblique edge, it is particularly suitable for use with the resin capsules RSB and RM II
  • The extensive assortment in diameters M8 - M30 and in different steel grades enables extremely diverse applications
  • The system is particularly suitable for the cost-effective fixation of railings, steelwork constructions, and advertising systems both inside and outside
  • The RG M is set with the bonded anchor setting tool and a hammer drill using rotating and hitting motions
  • During the resin capsule setting process, the capsules are destroyed by the characteristic oblique edge and are mixed, and the mortar is activated
  • The approvals of the various resin capsules and injection mortars must be observed

Top Features

  • Approved for anchorage in cracked and non-cracked concrete, solid brick masonry, perforated masonry, and aerated concrete in combination with various mortar cartridges or injection mortars
  • Anchor rod with oblique edge and hexagon for simple installation with pre-portioned injection cartridge
  • Zinc-galvanised steel for internal use.

Production Description

  • The Fischer rod anchor RG M is made of zinc-plated steel with a grade of 5.8
  • The anchor rod is a systems accessory for various fischer mortar cartridges or injection mortars
  • Application with pre-portioned mortar cartridges is especially cost-effective for individual fixings
  • During mounting with the resin capsule, set the fischer anchor rod RG M through rotating and hitting motions with a hammer drill
  • The capsule is destroyed during the setting process, which mixes and activates the mortar compound
  • During mounting with injection mortars, the anchor rod is pushed into the drill hole manually by lightly rotating it
  • The system is particularly suitable for cost-effective fixing of machines, steelwork constructions, and supporting feet in internal areas

Advantages

  • The wide range of the RG M from M8 to M30 opens up a wide range of applications and therefore offers great flexibility.
  • The wide range of approved steel types for RG M allows for use in all corrosion resistance classes and offers the best possible application safety
  • .Please refer to the approvals for the resin capsules and mortar used.

Functionalty

  • Due to its oblique edge, the threaded rod RG M is particularly suitable for use in conjunction with resin capsules
  • The threaded rod RG M is set using a hammer drill and the accompanying setting tool in rotating and hitting motions
  • During setting, the oblique edge of the RG M destroys the capsule, and mixes and activates the mortar.
  • Use with injection mortar is also possible. Here, the threaded rod is manually inserted into the drill hole with a light rotating movement until it reaches the base of the hole.
