Details
- The fischer render fixing DIPK is ideal for securely fixing pressure-resistant insulation up to 160 mm thick such as polystyrene boards, wood wool lightweight panels and PU panels in concrete, solid and perforated brick
- When using solid building materials, the GFK nail has to be shortened at the tapered breakage point
- The render fixing DIPK comprises a white plug sleeve with attached disc and a glass-fibre reinforced plastic nail
- The DIPK is inserted using a hammer
- This saves time and money.
- The glass-fibre-reinforced plastic nail reduces the heat transmission and prevents marks on the plaster surface
Top Features
- No marks on the plaster surface
- Glass fibre reinforced plastic nail reduces heat transmission
- Hammerset installation saves time
- Low setting depth reduces amount of drilling
- This saves time and costs
- Flexible in use for plaster façades and rear-ventilated façades
- An insulation disc is a good base for render.
Advantages
- The glass-fibre-reinforced plastic nail (GRP nail) reduces the heat transmission and prevents marks on the plaster surface
- The simple hammerset installation allows for a quick installation process and thus reduces workloa
- The well-proven design with low anchorage depth reduces the amount of drilling required, thus achieving a high level of efficiency
- The DIPK can be used universally in rear-ventilated curtain façades, as well as in plaster façades.
Functioning
- Non-bearing layers, such as adhesive and/or old render, are to be included in the anchor's useful length
- The DIPK is set in push-through installation using a hammer. In solid materials the GRP nail needs to be shortened at the predetermined breaking point
- Driving the nail into the anchor shaft causes the DIPK to expand in the base material.
