Silicone release agent and it has been specifically formulated to provide a fine release film for use with integral skin and elastomeric polyurethanes.
High-gloss, even finish.
Fine spray pattern.
Low solvent odour.
No build-up on mould surface.
Fast evaporating solvent carriers.
Suitable for low temperature moulding.
No streaks on moulded components.
Operational up to 200°C.
Ensures quick and easy release of integral skin and elastomeric polyurethanes in injection moulding and other forming processes.
NB. Contains silicone so may not be suitable where decorative work (e.g. painting, plating) is necessary on the moulded part.
